What a beautiful event we were a small part of this past Saturday at the St. Louis Four Seasons.
The ceremony took place at dusk on the terrace overlooking the beautiful St. Louis Skyline.
We created the chuppah, aisle decor and lighting design.
These photos show the scene during the day, dusk, and then after dark, all equally breathtaking.
Afterwards the guests’s enjoyed the evening inside the ballroom for dinner and dancing. We draped the walls, provided a soft lighting design and the perfect lounge for the dance floor. The gorgeous floral by Artistry, and meticulous Event Coordination by Alred Wedding Consultants. It is always a pleasure to work with this wonderful team.

It was an honor to be asked to provide decor and lighting for this deserving couple on Wednesday September 1st.
This was the Chuppah they were married under.

The dance floor for this party was the place to be as wel surrounded it with lounge furniture and light.
But really Pam Bredenkamp made the space look absolutely fantastic with her brilliant photography. The photo below is courtesy of her, and she can be found at www.signaturestudio.com

This wedding took place at one of our all time favorite locations, The World’s Fair Pavilion. It was a very large wedding therefore dinner took place in the Pavilion itself and a dance tent was erected just outside the Pavilion on the sidewalk and parking lot.
This first photo is of the extra large bar Exclusive Events, Inc made to make a complete circle on the lower terrace overlooking the park. This bar can hold approx 8-10 bartenders at one time! No waiting in line!

This is the view of the crystal chandlier, stage, and the custom made dance floor all made by Exclusive Events, Inc.’s artists.
More photos of the dance tent.
Close up of the Dance Floor Chandelier.
We are excited about these brand new lounge furniture we made especially for this event. We can’t wait to use them again in exciting new ways.
If you are familiar with The World’s Fair Pavilion you will notice the large concrete balls on the floor of this photo. Those balls are right on the sidewalk outside the Pavilion to give you an idea of how the tent was positioned. It was pretty strange to see these concrete dividers you are so accustomed to seeing outside, actually no inside.
This is the daylight image of the actual inside of the Pavilion before guests’ arrived. We draped the ceiling across in a little fuller manner than we normally do.

This event was produced by Contemporary Productions, Rentals by Premier Rentals, Catering by Catering Plus, Flowers by Montano Grant, Tenting by Traube Tent, and Lighting by Logic Systems.

Love the choice of clients bright colors! We had the chance to create a fab light up lounge area mixed with hundred of candles along the columns in the Sheldon Ballroom. From the beams were tangerine chandeliers and over the dj was a lightup column structure with candlight spheres suspended over head.
it was just a cheerful and fun event, we were so happy to be a part of it!

A really super gala benefiting a great cause.
We designed and built the enormous HOPE letters for guests to walk through upon entering. A great way to set the mood and the reason for being in attendance. The inside of the tent was decorated with drape, lighting, and lanterns to create a fun party atmosphere once inside.

This annual gala took place in a massive gymnasium. The goal was simple, don’t make it look like a gymnasium for the guests. Simple solution, transform the space into a venue worthy of the evening.

A beautiful romantic setting we created using lighting design, drape, and an elevated custom head table design. It was fantastic to hear the groom say it felt like he was in a fantasy! Gorgeous flowers by Sisters Flowers. It was a pleasure to work on this elegant event.
